Area (Uh-ray-uh) is a supporting Nativ character , Area wears sunglasses and likes to ride slopes with Magic Boards, he's always talking about kya's missions. He also Figures out how to drive ships. He is also Aton's best friend.

Area first appears in the beginning of Kya Dark Lineage where Kya gets to the 2nd floor of Nativ City , Area then tells Kya about Nooties and Magic Boards and says that maybe he and Kya could race on a slope sometime.

Later in the game Area and Atea go to the Hunters Domain, while in the Hunters Domain the two are ambushed by Wolfen and Atea is taken away by the Hunter's Domain Wolfen. When Area comes back to Nativ City Aton is outraged that Area couldn't save Atea from the Wolfen.

The next destination for Kya after the Hunters Domain is The Quarry, soon after when Kya leaves the Quarry she finds Nativ City has been destroyed by Wolfen, and that the Nativs have been taken away on an Airship of Brazul's, when Kya get's to the Airship she finds the Nativs trapped behind a cell block and releases them, Kya asks Area if he knows how to use it, Area responds with no but it's worth a shot. Area does figure how to control the Airship and flys the Nativs and Kya back to Nativ City. The Spoilers: end here.
